Anyone Tried Dry Needling Before?

    Hi,
    I have some knee issues. Patellofemoral syndrome.
    I have been going to PT for past 2 months. My PT wants me to try dry needling for the quadriceps area. She said that's so tight and that could be the reasons for the knee issue.
    Anyone tried that before for any of your body parts? How was your experience?
