    i tested negative on 12dpiui. i went for test to prepare myself. today 15dpiui. No af. But for past two days i have af symptoms - strong calf cramps,burning palms. Mentally ready for negative as i don't want to have false hope. may be af is away as i am on prog meds.
    will keep u updated.

    according to docs, its okay to resume normal work right after iui.

    one of my frnd was riding a bike till her 8th month pregnancy and she has a healthy baby now. its all depends on individual.

    my opinion - if u have any alternate ways, please do consider it. else avoid bumpy roads. prefer escalators at office.
