Hi Savaac@ Duphastone is a progesterone supplement and it will not affect even on pregnancy. But If you are not pregnant, you will get your periods only after stopping it. That was the reason your doc asked to take it till 28th and if you did not get periods within a week after stopping, then you might be pregnant.
