Mid-week update. Feb 17 - 20 went well. 15-16 hrs with water and 1/2 cup of green tea. I have to better organize my evening. I cook 5-8 dishes in the weekend. If I am cooking one extra dish for a sick or picky family member on a weekday evening, I am forgetting to start having my own dinner by 6:45 pm latest. I am still surprised at being able to do regular 25-40 minutes exercise each weekday around 7 am (4-5 hours before ending fast.) Most glad that I did not get the headaches I was dreading. On a lighter note: after reading about how humans can easily go for hours and days without food, I am kicking myself for fretting over kid not eating dinner or lunch properly one time. : ) When they were younger, how many times I left my own dinner and made another thing just so kid would not go to bed without dinner. LOL.
