    Havent started any exercise yet...Trying to eat sensibly and avoiding junk food
    But Workout....somehow unable to motivate myself to start...Though I had an option to wakeup early and do something...was damn lazy and slept almost till kids school time

    @Prash29 I would like to join in too!!

    Current weight :60.5
    Target weight by end 2017: 59 kg

    To do :
    1)min 9K steps each day ( ave 10K per week)
    2)No sugar stuff after 8pm
    3)Exercise - 2hrs cardio/strength +2hrs yoga/pilates per week
    4) Light dinner b4 7.30 pm

    Challenge for me will be 2)

    1hr yoga
    9341 steps
    No junk after 8, light dinner at 7.30 but had a small piece of mysorepak after dinner :weary:

    I am not sticking to plan even on the first day :-(

    Nov 1st
    current weight : 63 kg o_O
    Exercise : Couldnt do ( I don't get even 5 mins break. I am a full time busy mom)
    Walk : just 3000 steps
    Food : Reduced carbs and included fruits
    Water : tried to drink more than normal

    I hope I improve eventually

    I have been in weight loss efforts on n off. But now have a strong reason to get trim. My sissy is getting married in Feb 11. My goal is now to reduce n look good on her special day :)

    I have been drinking Honey and lemon water for the last 15 days.

    Lots of water in take
    30 mins of walking / exercise
    Dinner before 8 pm
    Lot of veggies n fruits

    Morning Current weight: 62.5 kg.
    Day 1 :
    exercise : walked in threadmill 45 min.
    Stop eating after 7.00 pm.
