    there are no shortcuts. eat healthy, sleep well, drink water, exercise well.

    7 kg is my goal.. lets see

    Drinking hotwater with honey and lemon in the morning for past one week...
    trying to cut junk as much as possible...

    My current weight :60kgs
    Dec end target : 57kgs

    Oct 31st
    1) 10+ steps
    2)Did Cardio for 30 mins
    3)Drank Less than 1 gallon water
    4)Healthy eating, included fruit smoothie and veggie blast smoothie
    5)Had one chocolate as a treat from my son Halloween candies

    Nov 1 Day 1:

    1) 12,929 Steps
    2) Did cardio exercise for 30 mins
    3) Could not complete 1 gallon of water because of cold season but drank 8-10 glasses.
    4)Balanced meals,fruit smoothie and veggie blast
    5)No junk foods .
