    My son has recovered and Iam back to my routine.

    Dec 8

    1) 10k steps
    2) No extra workout
    3)Lots of water
    4)Healthy eating
    5)No junk food.

    From a week I made small changes in food quantity and timing of eating.
    It seemed to help a lot.

    I don't feel bloated n weight is not increasing an steady at same..

    Planning to include indoor walking as it is winter here.

    Breakfast : 1 or 2 small dosa or 2 idli n coffee at 9am

    Lunch : 1 cup of sambar/rice/veggie at 1.30

    Coffee : 4pm

    Dinner: 7pm 3 small chapati

    10pm 1 glass milk

    am still eating one meal a day, fast for 23hrs and eat in 1hr of 1200 calories. my digestion is improved after eating one meal a day

    Wouldnt it be a problem ...like inviting gastric troubles etc.. Hope you have researched well in advance before taking up

    eating this way helped my digestion problem, and heart burn.. omad is from ancient times from india.
