    Its easy. Eat sensibly.
    Take ACV empty stomach in morning.
    Drink lots if water.

    We are/had-been in that same boat. A daily regime of exercise is good. Especially core strengthening yoga exercises. And some bone-stressing short runs at slow speed. However, as for eating, I would recommend drinking a lot of water, and eat ONLY WHEN hungry. And not eat when not hungry. Listen to a TED talk (linked below) and see if you find anything useful in that:

    Thanks for stopping by. Just wondering , does ACV has any side effects?heard some pros and cons but not sure.

    Actually you & @colors are the ones who is inspiring me. You guys are so regular and updating the numbers you walked. Some days I even forgot wear my watch!!!There is where I am!

    @Sunshine04 have you tried ACV in the empty stomach ? Did you see any visible results ?
