Anyone Interested To Loose Atleast 3kgs By The End Of 2017?

    No problem..I'm not sure of any devices..I just use an app (Noomwalk) in my mobile to track my steps. Not so accurate but works for now.

    Thanks giving shopping and walked atleast two hours everyday.. but no use..
    Had full holiday feast...
    Bought fitbit and joined gym..

    Yesterday worked out for 30 mts..

    I don’t have Fitbit but Iam using Morefit.It is very convenient and reliable and is not too expensive.We can track no of steps,distance ,calories burned and time.Hope it helps.

    Hi all,

    Last week was pretty bad as it was Thanks giving holidays. My Husband and son were at home and I ended up being lazy and no workouts, junk foods.

    Hope this week works out well , the last week of November.I am gonna check my weight on Nov 30. I was around 135-136 lbs on Nov1.Hoping to see at least 2-3 lbs weight loss.
