    Sorry, havent been updating . Last last week was ok . But went off track last week- ate more on junk and walked less but kept up on exercise

    Trying to get back on the 10 K steps this week and stopping junk
    12-18 nov
    1hr pilates
    1 hr strength training
    2 hrs Zumba

    19-25 Nov
    1hr Zumba
    1hr yoga

    Same here Monika, it’s winter at my place and very cold right now. I wonder how the next 2 months will be.

    Maybe we need to try some healthy soup recipes for this cold winter.

    It was very long day, no patience to complete 10k steps. Late in the evening I made healthy homemade whole wheat pizza with lots of veggies on it. Definitely I will say, I had junk food even though it is homemade wheat pizza.

    Hello People, I came here to ask a question since most ppl seem to use Fitbit or other forms of activity trackers here. Which is the best one? Fitbit Alta or charge 2 or any other version?
