Anyone Interested To Loose Atleast 3kgs By The End Of 2017?

    HI,

    Drink lots of water whenever you feel hungry or get cravings after your meal. I think it should help but never tried myself. I will look for some low calorie snacks and keep you posted.

    Hi,

    Though not consistent, I have been trying to be active atleast for 30 mnts everyday either by walking or cycling. Apart from that my ususal marathon to office, climbing stairs, actively participating in house hold chores are helping me achieve my goal..So far I have see close to a kilo decrease in my weight...

    I am trying to avoid junk and friend foods

    Weekend had been bad. Went to restaurant for Lunch.Binged so much. Now feeling guilty :(

    I had a leg cramp last week so could not do exercise yesterday.
    Today Iam feeling alright so back on track.

    Everyone is doing a great job, please continue this and let’s see how many of us has alteast lost some weight by the end of November. So we still have 8 days to go.All the best everyone.
