Hi all, I am planning for my second child. Today i had an annual women exam with my obgyn. She said i need to reduce weight before I plan on TTC. I am 215lbs and 5'7". I am already following a low carb diet and some walking routine and lost few pounds. I still have to reduce a lot. My obgyn recommended me to follow ketogenic diet. Anyone follows that diet? Please let me know how effective is that diet? Any inputs? What is followed in that diet? Is it low carb diet? Thank you.
