Anyone Following Keto Diet Esp Vegetarian Keto..?.

    hi all,
    I started following keto diet past two weeks. I sometimes cheat myself n eat other food. I need dedication and commitment to go through this keto diet. I need a partner who follow keto diet and can share your meal plan here.

    I came here wanting to know more. i dont use almond flour or any special stuff. Just reduced carbs and doubled veg intake. Unable to stop mornin cofee with 1 spoon milk.

    what's your daily diet ?

    Hi OP

    I have been following Keto Veg diet + Eggs for quiet sometime, but fell back due to some personal issues at home. I am restarting the diet, will be happy to be part of this thread.

    I calculated my macros using an app "Carb manager" and entering whatever I am having during the day.

    My typical daily Intake :
    ----------------------------
    BF: coffee with heavy cream and 1 tb butter (bullet proof coffee) or chia pudding or omelette
    Lunch: Sauteed low carb veggies (mushrooms, spinach, broccoli) with paneer or egg, 1/4 cup of cauliflower rice/broccoli rice or 1 keto roti (made with Almond flour + coconut flour + flax powder) with any low carb curry
    Dinner: keto dosa with coconut chutney or veg omelette or fat head pizza
    Snacks: Usually take berries or cream cheese fudge (if I make something on weekend)

    Keep Hydrated during the day - min 3L water
    Electrolytes are extremely important, as we avoid carbs and sugar, we feel nausea, to avoid this, magnesium supplements are very imp.
    Take multivitamins everyday.

    Thumbrule of Keto is keeping it simple(less ingredients), repetitive(repeat what works in a week) and creative (modify regular Indian dishes into keto).

    Hi,
    I just started 12 days back. It took one week to realize what is keto and what food I can have. Still I have doubts but here is the diet I follow

    Mrg:
    Black coffee with stevia
    Breakfast- 3 boiled egg white
    Mrg snack- almonds
    Lunch- lots of veggies, cometimes cauliflower rice, paneer manchurian,paneer bhurji
    Night- keto roti using coconut flour,flax seed n seeed. Sometimes keto pizza,paneer tava fry,gaucamole.

    I drink lots of water. I lost weight in one weight but one day cheat day I gained weight back.planning to follow this diet till I can.
