@divyarnair I am not sure if you have access to the neutrogena products. I have also suffered with bacne, the most effective one i found was neutrogena Body clear - body wash. It has really helped me clear off my bacne. use it along with a good scrubber on the back. Gradually shows the results.

There are some natural methods as well, like using Lemon or baking soda or Apple Cider Vinegar.

If you really have bad acne try to see a dermatologist. They will prescribe some hormonal medicines. But i would say, before you go to the dermatologists, just see if you can find something that works for you, by doing so you could avoid some messing with your hormones with those medicines. Also, see if you can find any trigger - Like during periods or stress related.
