Hello Shruthi, sorry, I've moved out of Munich to a new city and so couldn't help you here but there are plenty of Indians in Munich. Also, additionally, there are Telugu & Kannada groups who organize and celebrate festivals. For Tamil also, they had such group but not sure if it's active now. Go to the Sella Pillaiyar temple (Google for the address) on Friday evenings and you will get to see many people there. Also, check munichmela[dot]de. Hope this helps!
