i have heard of few.. check in temples near by... usually, when we pray, we can take kum kum & keep it in our mangalyam.. that's what I do when I visit temples..

you can also chant mahamritunjaya mantra everyday and also this mantra " akala mrityu haranam, sarvavyadhi nivaranam, sarvapapakshyakaram, vishnupadodakam".....its a good mantra for long life and good healtrh. also check with your astrologer the 8th house of your horoscope(the 8th house is called the mangalyasthanam) and do the pariharams.
