Any home remedies for this

i am 35 and my wife is 33 and married for 7 years and ttc for first child. we are having lots of problems in my life (all related to stress), now we are coping up from that.

My wife had three miscarriages, and underwent one IVF because of my low motility which is failed. for low motility i am taking ayurvedic treatment

after that IVF, she is having irregular periods one month it came in 26 days, next in 32 days and now in 30 days like that. also she is having only two days of bleeding that too not normal. tell me some simple home remedies.

also now found that her both tubes are blocked before IVF her tubes are normal and open. anyone with both blocked tubes conceived naturally?? and also tell me what precautions do you take (diet and exercise). please not able to grasp any negativities.
