I have google Quinoa recipes, and most of the involve just preparing the Quinoa and adding it to some stuff.

Can you post simple recipes where you include Quinoa, preferrably Indian-based, something older generations will love (want my parent to eat this, it helps with constipation).

I am aiming for 1/4 cup, or 2 oz, that single serving can go a long way in providing protein (6g) and dietary fiber (3g). And it cuts craving for refined grains, such as Ramen Noodles.

You can fix in the rice cooker 2 parts millet and 1 part red quinoa in 2:1 ratio with water. Very tasty substitute for rice.

you can make dosa/idli batter using quinoa.

1 cup brown rice( can use idly rice too)
    1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup urad dal+ little fenugreek seeds

soak , grind and ferment like you would do with regular idli/dosa batter and use.

You can make it just like broken wheat upma. Saute onion, tomato, cut carrots, beans, peas, green chillies and 1/4 cup quinoa for a few minutes. Then add around 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups of water and salt and cook it covered in low flame for 10 minutes minimum. Add lemon juice before serving.

You can also use it when you make vegetable soups.
