    Hi all
    I'm 35 weeks pregnant and baby's head is not engaged yet. I'm doing squats, pelvic exercises and walking. Anything else that I can do to get baby's head engaged?
    TIA

    Check out spinning babies website, they should have a lot of exercises for you to try. When I was pregnant, I was told to do the down ward facing dog yoga pose to get the baby in a good position. Squats and pelvic rocks are great for pregnancy so it's good that you are doing them! If you swim, that's great to do while you are pregnant.

    @presmiles
    Thanks. I don't fit into my swim suit these days so that's not the option. I'll check out the website
