Am i Pregnant

Hi,
this is my first post.. recently i slept with my fiancé on the 17th of jan. he did not cum inside me nor on me.
i had to get my periods on the 25 but i missed them. i took the urine pregnancy test in the morning today but it came out to be negative. I'm getting cramps in my stomach and back pain which i usually do when i get my periods. but i it has been 3 days since these pains have started but i have not got my periods. I'm am a bit worried now as i can't get pregnant as we still have a year to marry. i have had a hectic last month with a lot of traveling and my eating habits changed a bit. can they be a cause of delay?
when shall i test my self again to be sure that I'm pregnant or not?
can you please give me the address of a good gynecologist in mumbai where i can get my self tested for pregnancy as i cannot go to my family gynecologist as she would tell my family about my visit.

Hi, Stress and travel can delay your periods. Its very unlikely you are pregnant if he didn't come inside you. Hope you will get your periods soon.

if he didn't ejaculate into you,then its unlikely to get pregnant,,yes stress,change in diet and travel can probably delay ovualtion and hence periods.cramps could be pms.

thanks but my stomach starts paining sometimes now...it pains for some hours and stops automatically...

yeah u r thinking too much about it.... with what u've written here, it is very less likely that u r pregnant....
try to be calm and wait for ur periods .... stress and changing food habits could have caused the delay....

thanks for reply.. so i got my periods a few days back but i did not bleed..
what is this suppose to mean?

Hi Aswini,

Go & check with Gynecologist.. i know one in Bhandup DR. Gupta, check with her or sumone else as u feel comfortable with.

I think, it was not period, now u do self test at home and then report the doctor........

means i bleed very little and only for one day.

i also did a urine pregnancy test today. it was negative.
