I am always feeling very tired and sleepy. I have a kid who is 2 yrs old and she does keep me running all the time..but it shud not be making me this tired. I do get to sleep for 5 to 6 hrs in the nighttime (but i have the habit of getting up many times ..atleast 2 times in the night time).

I feel that my head is always heavy..like about to have a headache or fever..my BP is mostly on the lower end..100/80..sometimes i feel that every cell of my body is crying out loud...

Can anyone suggest me what could be wrong? I want to go back to work ...so really need some help. I was super energetic before my delivery...but finding it difficult to cope up even daily chores now
I havent yet consulted any doctors...

I think you have to check your haemoglobin content. If Iron content is less, you will always feel tired. The same happened with me.

I started taking Amway Iron Folic, then I am now a super duper girl managing both work and home.

    Hope this helps.

Reason for tiredness could be due to various reasons. Apart from Iron, also get your thyroid level checked. I Advise better consult your family doctor and get a health check up done.

    Hi sudha.
Go and check your thyroid.Even i had same problems like u,then i found i had Hypothyroidisam.Treatment is Levothroxine a small tablet everyday morg empty stomach.
You have to do TSH,T3,T4 harmone test in empty stomach after your bedtime(once u get up).
Do the test, don't delay.consult a thyroid specialist doctor or even a gynaec can help u.
    take care

For a fresh day, one needs atleast 6 - 7 hrs of good quality sleep. Try to nap in the noons whn your kid is also resting.

Other than this, as our friends have suggested go ahead with some tests and see if everything is ok. Sometimes it is just restlessness that might be making you tired.

i had similar problem when my kid was 2-3,now she is 3.6.might think how can 6 months makes any difference.because during the age of 2-3,we have to run for everything behind them.for food, bath, playing, have to carry while going out, late sleep.i couldnt manage household works, with hubby.....i had joint pains.after she turns to 3,slightly everything becomes changed.now she she understands mostly.besides this,as per our friends told about health checkup,do.because i dint care my joint pain initially, then it makes me to sit for 3 months bed rest...now i m 90%ok.
so dont worry will be ok.
