Hi, i used to live in Al Khail Gate phase 1 and i have to say it was terrible! the quality was bad and also the maintenance. i hated it so much and i always felt unsafe!!! i moved last month to a new project called Skycourts and it is AMAZING to say the least... the quality is like i'm living in a luxury building... they have 24 hrs security, loooots of parking spaces, amazing swimming pools with life gurads, gyms, sky lounges and big gardens... The maintenance is fantastic and the buildings are so clean. I'm so happy i moved there... plus the leasing company (harbor real estate 043251616) gave me a fantatsic offer. im paying 19,000 for a big studio and i pay over 12 cheques + i got one month free + i didn't have to pay commission! this was a dream come true! i really recommend that everyone checks it out... the location is very good as well.. it is before outlet mall and the buildings have lots of shops already rented including a big supermarket, pharmacy, clinic, cafes, laundry, salons...and much more... i can keep going on and on about this great project... i'm really excited becasue after Alkhail gate, i was so depressed and life is much better now :rotfl
