Dear wonderful expert ladies, can you share with me a typical investment portfolio or the individual portfolio? I am very new to investments. Please let me know ratio in % on investments in 1. Land 2. Property(flat/Villa).Does this include the one which we are going to use for personal use? 3. Shares/Mutual funds 4. Gold (Seems now not a good investment ) 5. Static investment like Post office, FD etc.. 6.Any other type of investment. Thanks for your advice.
