Cooking?? What's that? Yesterday I was at the catering lady's house buying food and her MIL who has recently come from India walked in. She asked me if I was on my way back from office. I said "Yes Aunty" and bolted from there. I'm embarrassed to go there tomorrow lest that Aunty wonders why a SAHM needs to buy food multiple times a week but tomorrow's recipe is irresistible. Gotta go somehow.
Nice thread. My therapy time is cooking- being a foodie. I like to make,bake and eat good food. Lately I haven't done much baking. DH is on no sugar and diet. so once a baking recipe works I pretty much dont change anything. Cooking recipes however are work in progress...

@yellowmango .. you are right. That's why I dont bake much. I need to control Also, I am pessimistic...in case I doze off and the cake burns, the fire alarm sounds , the fire engines arrive... to avoid all that I open the oven door often to keep the cake cooland .... do I even have to tell the rest. Thats my baking story.
