Abusive Husband Hitting Me

Can you share, what was the issue, that made him so angry that he hit you.

In no way i am supporting him, but let's say if you were upset that he does not help in house or focus on his kid ( it is just not yours) after coming, it is not going to change, till he feels it should. ( that is big battle ahead for him and you)

or if it is just you were so down with the house work and health and you were just sharing your frustrations and he became angry ( in that case, you would have work on yourself in managing your emotional state and also if you are at home, doing some program like yoga like a routing without fail to help yourself physically and emotionally. )
