    Congrats Pumpkin .... Its really good that you noticed some changes ....



    Did anyone else see any changes in their waist ?
    Does all complete repetitions without taking break ?


    My update :After completing 19 days ,I have not seen any change in my waist .....I wish to complete entire challenge , if my back permits me ..... I Takes many break to complete workout

    I take break just for 10 sec after few reps and also between each exercise. Otherwise its really tough for me to do at one go.

    Thanks SGA and Buds....I have been cutting white rice, sugar and eating only salads in the night, I think which might be helping also but still there are a lot to go yaar.

    I start with situps (contineously but gets slower towards the end though) followed by leg raise and plank then I do crunches which after 60/70 crunches gets slower but I take only 1 sec break or something when it becomes real hard. if I am tierd and start these challenges then becomes tough to complete. Hope I am doing right.
