    Crunches are the easiest ones in the whole list, if you get your technique right.. here are some tips that i follow..

    most people say to put your hands behind your head/neck, but i find that when i do so i tend to pull with my hands (which you shouldn't)
    instead, touch the tips of your fingers to the sides of your ears.. not at the back of your head or the back of your neck.. and look at the ceiling.. your neck shouldn't move.. this helps keep your neck pretty much tension free and so less neck pain.. if you find that you have neck movement as a reflex, put a tennis ball or a roll of towel under your chin to block out the movement as you crunch up..

    Updates: I just finished day 3.. i think i'm going to skip day 4's rest.. so far i'm finding it pretty easy, except for being totally breathless by the end of the leg raises.. no soreness at all.. and so even though i started one day late, i get to catch up! :)
