About navadhanyam and til laddu on radhasapthami

I have doubt about taking navadhanyam and til laddu from others as thambulam
On rathasapthami day.is it ok to take like this from others?
Basically am from AP and I was invited by one of my Maharashtra frnd on that day and she gave me those and I dnt know is it good or bad to take that pls help
Iam afraid that is anything bad gonna happen for us by this ? Pls help me wat should I do now with those shall I throw out and one thing we ate those till laddu dnt know wat gonna happend pls suggest me some remedy for this pls frnds....waiting for ur reply
