Hi, Does anyone of u know any good builder. We are planning to construct first floor of our house. I dont want to go for company builders. If anyone of u know some builder personally then i would like to know about them. We bought house near KR Puram but not satisfied with builders work and he is damn costly and wood work is so bad all the work done with irresponsibillity. I would also like to know how much expenditure will come to construct first floor of 1200sqft plot build up area is 1100sqft. If anyone know any builder personally let me know.
hi padmatvt, i know 1small contractor in bgl, he done all work for my house.(plumbing,ele,modular kitchen,wadrobe,and ele fittings. for 2bedroom wadrobe(by bricks and wood) (totally 5doors and 1 big size mirror)with covered loft,door covered with laminated sheet he charged rs.27k including labour charge.his contact no 9845775931
