Abdominal pain

    I am a little scared; I have completed 20 weeks now, and am experiencing slight pain in my abdomen and lower back for the past 2-3 days. The pain in the abdomen is not like menstrual cramps, but, I feel a dull ache and sometimes it feels like am getting a tear in my muscles. Is this normal?
    Should I consult my doctor on this?
    Please help.

    Hi,

    this kind of pain is experienced when baby grows inside and our body stretches. There is nothing to worry. I have experienced this through out my pregnancy.
    but to be sure you should consult your doctor either on phone or mail or by meeting.
