    I am doing fine sweety. We have 5 days of holidays coming up (yipeeeeeee), planning to explore oman more.

    My god shanvy, you look so drastically different now. Loved your pic in blue sari. I am sure people at the wedding must be really surprised to see you. You look simply beautiful.

    Thanks for such wonderful and encouraging words..it just lifted me off the ground..seriously, all you friends here were inspirational in my coming this far inspite of so many restrictions and hindrances.. and i am sure i will reach my goal if not tommorrow..sometime soon. after all it is not about fast results, but consistency and healthy habits at the end of the journey isn't it.

    have you checked wadi bani, al-hotti caves.. nice places to go and come in a day..i miss being there..

    breakfast: wheat rava kanji with milk and jaggery;
    snack: banana
    lunch: brown rice,veg,buttermilk;
    snack: tea
    dinner: veg soup,watermelon;

    1 hr workout;
    water- 8 gls;

    my updates on nov 22:

    breakfast:milk, cereal
    snack: watermelon
    lunch: oats,buttermilk,green beans,sundal;
    dinner: 2 slice veg pizza,1 cup cake ( went to a birthday party- one of my challenging day)
    snack- watermelon;

    30 min of yoga;
    3o min of running and jogging combined;
    8 gls of water;

    Note:
    Can any one suggest me how to eat and balance ourself in outside parties and outdoor dinings? one day of differnce in my routine also makes me to go back to the place where I stand before and I start over again...Pls help..

    snack: sundal(brown chole);
    lunch: wheat Rava,dal,stir fry vegetables (onion,bell peppers,cabbage,zuchini,brinjal,paneer, tofu....yum...),yogurt;
    snack: tea;
    dinner: vegetables, apple;

    water- 7 gls;
    30 min yoga, 1 hr walk+ jog combined;


    Shiva, here after let me update my routines in 'weight loss buddy' thread as I am looking for friends like me to update on daily basis to keep us motivating each other on the journey. Pls look for my status when ever you can and help . thank you so much Shiva.
    From your story and interaction with me, I follow my dairy routine on my notebook. when ever I gain weight or loose weight, I can keep track of my routine and conclude the cause.
    Also, nowadays I buy whole grain noodles and cook for the whole family. kids did not say anything and they started to eat it. thanks.
    Another important suggestion....Jaggery for sweet substitute...It is working for me. sometimes, I took half piece of jaggery ,mix some elachi and ginger boil it for 2 min and filter it and enjoy my hot beverage as my dessert. I love it when I sip so slowly and drag my dring for lengthier period so that my sweet craving will be under control and I will be really satisfied...Thanks dear...
    Pls have a look at my updates and when ever I see some changes on me and my weight , I will come over here to share the good news...thanks for the suppport Shiva.
