A weight loss success story

    hi shiva,

    My diet and workout schedule on nov 8th:

    Breakfast:2 bread slices(whole wheat), 1 boiled egg,150ml milk.

    mid morning:1chakli ,1 cake(home made), 1 carrot

    lunch:2 multigrain roti (ashirwad flour) with 2 bowls bottle guard and dal curry,1 glass thin buttermilk (made from skimmed milk)

    Evening: 2 oranges and 1 carrot

    Dinner: Half part of musk melon, 1 orange, 1 roti vth 2bowls of ridge guard curry.

    45m walking on tread-mill at 5.3 speed.

    nov 7:
    breakfast: oatmeal,buttermilk,
    snack: horlicks;
    lunch: pasta,paratha-1,curd rice;
    tea;
    dinner- 3 idly, 1 apple;

    rest day.no workout;
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 8:
    breakfast: sundal,tea
    snack- watermelon;
    lunch-oatmeal,buttermilk,veg,watermelon;
    snack-tea;
    dinner- dosa-half,veg,watermelon;

    today - no workout,
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 9:
    breakfast-milk,sundal;
    lunch-oatmeal,buttermilk,veg;
    snack-apple,half banana;
    snack-adirsam- 2;
    dinner- sundal,veg,1 dosa,watermelon;

    1 hr jazz workout;
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 10:
    breakfst-oatmeal,nuttermilk,sundal;
    snack-watermelon.
    lunch-brown rice,spinach gravy,carrot curry,sundal;
    snack-tea,sundal;
    dinner- half chapati,soup,sundal,veg' jamun-2;
    1 hr gym work out;
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 11:
    cereal,nuts,milk;
    snack-mixed fruit juice;
    lunch-green beans,pasta,sundal;
    green tea;
    dinner- party food- 1 poori,veg koottu,2 karandi rice,1 sonpapdi;

    1 hr yoga
    water- 8 gls;

    Girls,

    Thialand is under flood, nearly 40% of the country is under water and serious threat to bangkok also. Some to my friends houses are under 3-4 meter water, They lost everything but thank god that they manage to save their lives. Just pray for them so that they overcome this difficult situation.

    Hi Shiva,
    How r u? Its time to update my weight.Yesterday i checked my weight and i reduced from 66.8 to 65.7.I am very happy now!!!! Thanks.

    snack: peanuts,jaggery,tea
    dinner: veg,watermelon

    1 hr jazz workout;
    weight training- 20 min;
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 13:
    brkfst: cereal,milk;
    snack: chocolate milk- 4 0z;
    lunch: ( party again- I dont know what to do these days for my diet)- 1 veg puff,1 naan,veg biriyani-1/4 cup,veg gravy,curd rice- 3 spoons,1 sweet;
    tea;
    dinner: corn 1,watermelon juice;

    yoga- 30 min;
    cardio-30 min;
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 14:
    milk,chapati-1
    snack-apple;
    lunch:eek:atmeal,buttermilk,peanut butter- 2 spoons
    snack: tea;
    dinner- 3 idly,veg,banana;

    rest day-no workout;
    I heard from a radio show that eating peanut butter 1 or 2 spoons reduce your hunger and instant energy booster since it is a protein snack;

    nov 15:
    milk,veg patty;
    snack: banana;
    lunch: veg pulav- 1 cup, spinach,yogurt;
    green tea;
    peanut butter,water melon;

    planned to work out,but got stuck with house hold work and went to bed due to tiredness.lack of energy.
    water- 8 gls;

    nov 16;
    milk,walnuts,banana;
    lunch:eek:atmeal,veg koottu,buttermilk
    snack: 1 biscuit,tea;
    dinner: veg soup,whole grain noodle 1 fist,watermelon;

    yoga- 30 min;
    cardio- 30 min;

    water- 8 gls;

    Pls correct me if I am doing wrong in my routines;
    I noticed that for my body, if I stick with fruits and veg alone on dinner along with exercise, I reduce weight. if there is slight change in this routine, I increase in weight. Hereby I reduce and gain back the lost weight and be in the same level for so long. pls suggest.

    Thanks for your suggestions on Weight Loss.......Just wanted to know if we have any technique to loose weight without dieting or food control....Heard that through water therapy we can reduce the weight.......can you please though some light on this.........???

    how are you.busy..going somewhere for the national holidays??

    anyway had to share this with you...yesterday i had got such wonderful compliments from people, at a wedding reception..and i felt so good.

    right now on a yo-yo, but still i am too conscious about weight..
