    Current Weight – 66.5 (I couldn't believe in first try when I saw these numbers on weighing machine :shock: so asked to my hubby to check the

    Was really shocked to read that a dog bit you. Though I love dogs and cats, I am very afraid of stray dogs and cats because we wont be able to understand their mood. Hope the pain has subsided now. Take Care.

    Here is my update for the week:

    Weighing Date – 12<SUP>th</SUP> October 2010

    Start Weight – 96 Kgs

    Last Week Weight – 92 kgs

    Current Weight – 91 Kgs:thumbsup

    What I did to achieve this weight – Didn’t do any exercise or walking from Saturday due to periods. But was on a proper balanced diet.Then, on Sunday did walking – 3 Kms at an average speed of 4.8km/hr (nowadays, when I do walking on the threadmill, I make sure I walk 3 Kms within 45 minutes) and Monday (yesterday) played table tennis for 1 hr.

    Next week target – 90 Kgs (want to get to 89Kg by month end, for my son’s B’day and that’s when I plan have my icecream)

    Next Weighing Date – 19<SUP>th</SUP> October 2010

    P.S.: Shiva, yesterday I made chappathis as per your tips and it came out really good. thanks a lot lot.

    Weigh in date - 11 oct
    Weight - 77.6 kgs (169 pounds)
    change from initial weigh in is 0 kgs

    my periods just got over now so I think this is my correct weight.

    Can you tell me abt the oatmeal preparation by keeping in the fridge?

    Thank you so much for ur wishes :) Even I love dogs but just hate stray dogs. But you all made me in good health through all ur good wishes and love... You are truly an inspiration and hats off to u for all your hard work Dear :clap You are just few kgs away from series of 80s and I sincerely wish you achieve this before ur Son's B'day...     Thanks Monsi. Shiva usually says that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise and I am realising it practically now:thumbsup.
    I gained 10 Kgs in 5 months (Feb 2010 to July 2010) because of PCOD and I guess all that fat is going away now. My PCOD medication is also helping me a lot to lose weight.
