    Hello everyone!

    I have no weight loss targets. I am staying within my appropriate correct weight limits. but I am very lazy in maintaining regularity in exercises.

    In this forum I see many people doing vigorous exercises; there are many Threads for that.

    I want to start a thread mainly for maintaining regularity of mild to moderate exercises with a weekly target.

    Here we will not talk about weight loss; we will not talk about food restrictions.

    Monday ( 25. 12.17 ): 4.32 km walked.

    Tuesday ( 26.12.17): 3.24 km walked

    Wednesday ( 27.12.17): NIL

    Thursday (28.12.17): NIL

    Friday ( 29.12.17): 2.16 km walked

    Saturday (30.12.17): 3.24 km walked

    Sunday (31.12.17): 1.08 km running and 2.16 km walked

    TOTAL: 10 miles walked in this week.

    Weekly target achieved.

    Want to renew , after a long gap. Any one out there, who has no weight loss goals, but wanting to maintain regular workouts ? A very moderate target....per week, to be achieved
