    BB, if I recall correctly, I clicked Like as soon as you posted it. I racked my brain then to think of something not-inane to write in response. Failed. Your poem is so well thought out, so "complete" that one can only read and interpret/understand. Response is almost superfluous.

    I think when something is so well understood, so well analyzed, and put so crisply in few lines, only good can come out of it.

    I read it quite a few times. Also pondered on the style of the lines, and was semi-inspired to try writing something for a somewhat similar 'regret' I have. Or had. It's not easy. Both, the effort to put it in poetic lines, as well as making sense to oneself and to others.

    BB, it's been a long time since I read such a poignant poem.

    I read, liked and nominated it right away. I then typed up a response and deleted it. Truth is, I couldn't find the right words to voice all the thoughts you sparked.
