A Not So Intellectual On Jallikkattu & Tamil Unity

GG i was ten years old when the agitation going on .our constituency MLA is a woman and her house was just opposite to my school.suddenly we heard a loud roar and later came to know the students entered into the bungalow to give a petition and they were threatened by the MLA's dh that he would shoot them down .Luckily they all escaped and protested in the streets where Lourdhunathan was shot down by police.

Dear GG,

Sorry for being later here to this wonderful blog on this sport. Since i am from north, i dont understand, and it is just this time that i heard of this sport, never before.i guess each region has its own traditions and this is one of the south.
All i say is, let it continue, no problems. just that , make sure of the safety of the people who participate, or thiose who come to view it.
And for those who get injured or killed, i suggest nothing to be done, for it is with their own wish they took this risjk, so they shoukld get treated at their own money, not of the government.
