7 day diet plan

    Routine for next 7 days :-
    Monday :-
    Morning :Rice kanji with your favourite side dish (but only saucer size portion )(350 ml --- 200 ml water in that kanji)
    afternoon:- one slice bread (brown ) and one cup of soup ( home made soup )
    Dinner :- One big orange
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )

    Tuesday :-
    Morning :- Rice kanji with veggie omlette ( only egg white no yellow )
    Afternoon :- Chapatthi r bread and one cup of soup
    Dinner :- two apples
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )

    Wednesday :-

    Morning :- Rice kanji and home made side dish
    afternoon :- Bread (one slice) and one cup of soup
    dinner :- Fruit smoothies ( apple, ginger and carrot ) - no sugar added
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )

    Thursday ;-
    Morning :- Oats kanji
    Afternoon :- one cup of rice and curry
    Dinner :- Fruit smoothies ( your choice )
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )
    Friday :-
    Morning :- Oats kanji
    Afternoon :- One cup of rice and dal with any side dish
    dinner :- One big orange or two
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )
    Saturday :-
    Morning :- Liver detox juice (1 carrot,1/2 beet or any green leaves,1 stick celery,1 cucumber) and rice kanji (drink the juice before anything into your mouth)
    afternoon :- one slice bread with soup
    Dinner :- your choice
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )
    Sunday :-

    Morning :- your choice from above
    Afternoon :-Celebration meal ( yoou can whatever you want but small quantity and before going to seconds please count yourself 20 )
    Dinner :- Your choice from above
    excercise :- 30 mins ( your choice )

    If anyone interested in this diet join up ... please follow this diet as strictly and weigh yourself before this diet start and after the diet and send me your feedback ....

    i started and i lost a kg without any workout which motivated me more now iam exercising and dieting :)
