3 Yrs Dd Not Drinking Enough Water

Dear mommies,

My dd 3 years old. She won't drink water by herself and also she wont ask. Every time we used to feed by forcing her. Some juices she wil drink that too not more than 150 ml.

From sep month she is going to kindergarten. Definitely she won't drink water there. Sometimes her lips are dried and she was peeling her. How to make her to drink water? Now itself I should train her. Pls mommies help me out.

Per day max she is drinking 300 to 400 ml water. Is it enough at this age?

How do I explain her to feel thirsty? ?? Clearly she is saying I don't like water.

Hi dear Buvi

Can you try to feed her juices instead ...by that she might get the habit of drinking...
then slowly got to intro water..i used to add a little kalkandu to the plain water to feed tanishq...(he is 4 1/2)

she doesnt like juice also :-(. i am worrying lot.she is not using straw bottles since she is not drinking milk in feeding bottle.

i tried many colourful bottles but no use. kindly anyone tell me the solution.
