    Weekend spent usefully-went to gym and did yoga too.. feeling contended..Dint check my weight..tmrw will post after checking weight.. what abt others??

    Hi Gals.. was little offbeat for past few weeks.. But was trying my best in whatever possible ways..
    This time it is going to be very difficult. The stubborn weight is not moving at all...
    What should i do? Anyway this time i will not leave it too... i wont stop it in between.. I wont let it win over me
    So here i am again trying to be little lean and trying to adopt a better health..
    This time i will not write my diet but will write where i went wrong
    17th July
    Could workout only for 15 mins
    Had some chocolates offered by colleague
    Dinner was on heavier side..

    I am dieting since last week. Yet to check my weight, as I want to see a considerable result; thus waiting.

    After the Ramadan, I understood that I have put on a lot of weight. Thanks to the generous Muslims living around my home and their sweets.
    I weighed 69, for the height of 165CM.

    My diet is as follows:-

    Break fast:
    Tea with no sugar (or little sugar)
    Omelette (2 eggs, onions, tomato and chilies ) with very little oil
    Alternatively I take a bowl of cowpie or chick pie boiled and seasoned with salt & masala

    Snack 1
    Fruit juice or pulps (banana or papaya or water melon)
    Instead, I can drink fruit & milk shake

    Lunch
    Dal, chicken/fish, veggie (carrot, beetroot, or whatever) + I should eat green leaves, but somewhat failed to cook.
    During weekends only I eat 2 tea spoons of brown rice with these curry. The other days, just the curries.
    Hard, I know.. But i am getting used to it.

    Snack 2
    Roasted chick peas or pea nuts
    Tea without sugar
    I should eat non-fat yogurt, but I failed to get them yet

    Dinner (early dinner before 7.30 pm)
    2 thin chapatis
    Chicken/fish or egg curry
    Alternatively, I take a bowl of boiled chick peas seasoned with salt & masala

    Banana + sometimes I take a cup of milk before bed time
    ** Loads of water in between

    I do feel hungry since the portion of my meals are relatively very small, but I bite either roasted chick pea or a fruit whenever I feel hungry.

    I do crunching exercise for my tummy in the eve, and walk for 30 mins at night before bed time.
    Plus, I do simple household chores...

    I've stopped sugar and junk food completely.

    hi @SGBV long time.. glad that u have joined in..ur diet is impressive though i cant follow any of them! I would like to suggest u to take some rice/chapathis in lunch time. as there is no solids in ur diet frm morn till late eve..just my thoughts though..
    and to add on , i really miss reading ur long posts! wish to read them soon, as i always look forward to reading ur long posts which are quite motivating for me :)
