    2 roti + tomato cooked in spices+ icecream
    Tea + 1 oreo biscuit
    2 sprout dosa + leftover tomato

    20 mins strength workout

    20th June
    ---------
    Tea
    3 sprout dosa + pickle
    2 roti + dal + roasted papad
    tea
    2 dosa + pickle

    rest day

    My only problem in dieting is that I tend to eat lots of chips/mixture along with my rasam/sambhar rice.How to control this habit.???Is there any alternative?

    How about make some side dish like some poriyal..will this work for you?? and imagine how much time you need to spend to burn those calories from Chips

    I am 61.2 kg... Have to come down to 60 kg .. and maintain it there

    Tea + few Almonds
    3 idlis + sambar
    2 roti + mixed rice+soup+dal+chutney
    Tea+ few Almonds
    Ragi soup

    30 mins stronger workout..

    I have been eating clean and working out for close to 4 weeks.. But no effect on my weight at all..
    Am i going wrong? Loosing the motivation. Can any one give me some gyan?

    walking - 3000 steps

    BF -
    3 chapathis with sprout curry
    tea

    Lunch
    ghee rice with veg raitha
    1 mango

    evening
    coffee with 4 marie biscuits

    Dinner
    ghee rice again(left from afternoon)
    pineapple

    Abt a litre of water through the day

    May be u have reached a plateau??!!
    u can try some toning/area-focussed training...
    others might give u some more useful info..

    just dont lose hope n continue with whatever u could!

    i am suffering from diarrea for the past 2 days..so just living on curd, buttermilk n idlies...sigh
    im already craving for good food..hoping to come out of this soon..
