    Hello everyone.. lets share a weight loss journey together to lose weight. Am targeting on 20 Kgs in this year and 10 kg in three months...

    Oh thats exactly my goal as well.. 10kgs by end of April..
    I've joined the 2012 weightloss club and you can too.. thought goals my be different the path is the same for all of us :)

    Hi all,

    Thats my goal tooooooooooo :-D

    Now please share how do you plan to achieve the same. My plans are as follows:

    1. Avoid Rice
    2. More of walking
    3. Trying to increase my metabolic rate
    4. Have frequent small intakes

    Please let me have your input too....

    I am a pure non veggie.. I have quit non veg for this year.. it was my new year resolution.
    i quit rice and take it only once a day
    BF usually is a rava or oats things.. any recipes made out of it
    iam diabetic so i tend to eat very often.. i quit junk complelety
    lunch and dinner consists of chappathis for 6 days .. and 2 side dish each

    i had joined gym and disciontinued it. gotta rejoin by next month and today received the JULIAN MICHEALS DVD and gota start that too.. lets see how it goes.. so sud start counting from 1st Feb to 30th APr 2012

    sure amunique..
    whats your weight and ideal goal?

    Iam 72 now and BMI is 30.Gotta reduce 20 kgs for my ideal height. but 10 is must for inital start up..

    does anyone have any feedback on Amways' POSTRIUM?

    Ooh..perfect timing Sapthu02...I just got off the phone with my doctor and this is what he wants me to do...lol
    Its like the asariri from the sky..lol

    I am in too...I am badly in need of motivation...

    I will get back with my exact goal soon. And of course the ever so impossible to keep up with - an exercise regime and the more dreaded diet chart!!

    Yeah.. I had been to my dietician she gave me the braek up chart..

    she asked me to take a salad along with lunch and dinner. And that was a must. The non veg to be consumed in the night only. NO fruits in the nite. Avoid rice in the nite. Rice only in the afternoon. And having curd a day is a must.

    ANd i quit coffeee this week and maintaining with Green tea..

    I would also like to join.

    Sapthu - I'm with the same weight and BMI as yours.

    Reduced rice intake as a first step and have got a diet chart from the dietician.Slowly changing my food habits.

    Yet to start an exercise regimen.
