21 day Challenge - Buddies needed

    Hi Ladies,

    How are you all doing?

    Thanks Pinky & Saudamini..

    My updates:
    4 days no gym, tried to be on food diet.

    Yesterday(went out, so no choice):
    break fast - oats
    lunch - lemon rice/curd rice
    dinner - 1 veggie burger

    Morning, I was scared to check wt but luckily I did not gain any wt, I was the same. May be because, we did a lot of walking yesterday which helped me.

    I'll post more tomorrow.

    Hi all,
    Sorry couldn't update daily.
    Will try to be regular from tom.
    From july 4 to july 6 tried to maintain 30 minutes of exercise which includes both treadmill and elliptical. I reduced the timing because of continuous back pain. On saturday went for biking an hour and did elliptical for 30 minutes.
    Sunday evening will go for walk.

    Hi Anitha - Its gr8 that you tried to maintain your diet even while going out.

    Pinky - You are doing great girl!!!

    Deepara - its ok if you haven't updated daily. Post all your exercises once a week. You are doing great.

    Day 13 - July 8
    15 minutes breathing and stretching exercise.

    :wave:Hi to All Rocking Ladies,

    My updates:
    I was perfect today:)

    Food Diet:
    break fast(at 9am)- oats
    11am - blueberries
    lunch - 3 roti
    dinner - little bread upma had at 8.15pm
    at 9pm - fruits


    Ex plan:

    stepper - burnt 190calories
    tread mill - burnt 280calories
    I jogged in the inclination & normal mode

    All these days, I was trying out very hard on the following & I was able to achieve it very well. :banana:banana:banana
    1. A big 'NO' to biscuits/cakes/junk food since 2.5weeks
    2. Cut down on white rice
    3. Controlled my tongue towards junk food in the night time
    4. No ice cream(even on weekend, I tried to avoid)
    5. Trying to increase water intake

    I tried very hard not to get tempted & trying my best till now.

    My Update
    Day 14 - 9 July (Now completed two weeks. I can't believe myself. This is the longest I think that I have been consistent)

    10 mins breathing and stretching exercise.
    Was fasting so no exercise in the evening.

    Hi Sudha, Twinkle, Saarang, Kadal, Smriti, Teechak, Vanitha, Nikki, Ammunique, Helpmeangel - Where are you girls. Come on ladies, its just 21 days, not even a month. I know you all are rocking with your exercise and diet. Let us all also know, so that we could also get more motivated. Waiting for updates from your end, if not daily, at least weekly. Its just teeny-weeny 3 weeks :).

    Hi Saudamini,

    I am here and watching this space quite often .... I am doing 45 mins of intense cardio or Yoga 5 days a week. I have been controlling my portions while eating as well. but still feel I am overeating as I feel sleepy after lunch ... for me the challenge began on 2nd July so I am still on my 9th day .. my current weight is 149.5 ... I hope to reduce 2 pounds in this challenge :) ..quite optimistic huh ..

    Today is only the second day of my challenge and am kind of sticking with it. Out of 5 or so pointers, I was able to maintain atleast 3. Hope I become more serious as days go!!
