    Today got up early and walked around the house for 15 mins. Before bath did 50 sit ups. Planning to do this for a week and then slowly increase...

    ladies, i did not do any exercise yesterday but still maintaining my diet......
    and later i update my todays events.......

    Today's update:
    Managed to burn 450 calories in elliptical and 15 minutes in treadmill.

    My Update
    Yesterday evening - 15 minutes on treadmill
    Today morning - no exercise (had severe cramps due to AF). Would do some exercise in evening

    Here is my update

    Jun 27 - 20 min excercise and diet is as per the plan.

    Jun 28 - 15 min excercise and diet is as per the plan.

    Jun29 - No excersise in the morning :hide: and had fish biryani .......... Planning to excersise in evening....

    ladies my todays update
    evening 30 minutes in treadmil and lost 80 calories
    did yoga for 15 minutes
    and my diet i had some oats biscut and milk this morning and phulkas and dhal for the lunch...

    Day 4 - June 29 update
    Did 10 minutes exercise (basic stretching and 20 sit ups)

    Have a happy weekend ladies. Hope we all can take out 10 minutes and keep our commitment
