21 day Challenge - Buddies needed

    i had come back to a really surprising no. on the weighing machine 2 days ago but then yesterday just because i had 1 cup of banana shake,weight scaled up again....that loss went all in vain.today i didnt eat a lot but had plenty of hot water- 6-7 glasses and few normal water.now im back to the weight i had 2 days ago (my max. wt loss so far) and pretty happy :) it is also cos i exercised abt 15-30min more in past 2 days to get back to it and increased the intensity of my workouts. yayyy!! now i will not let this go away,have to reduce 4-5 kg more to look great.

    3 days update:-
    On Friday did 2 miles walking.
    On Saturday did 4 miles walking. Feeling good after regular exercise. Thanks for the thread.

    My Update for past 3 days
    Day 19 - July 14
    10 mins exercise in the morning

    Day 20 - July 15
    15 mins on treadmill

    Day 21 - July 16
    10 mins exercise in the morning

    Completed my 21 days challenge.........yaaaaaay............:yes::party:banana:banana:banana:banana

    I myself can't believe it!!!!!

    Hi anitha - I sometimes add veggies to daliya and make it upma kind. When I am in a hurry, I just add water and salt to daliya and give one whistle in pressure cooker. I have it like soup with a little bit of ghee added to it.

    Hi Sauda,
    I joined this thread and lost track as usual. I am ashamed of myself. But still I want to make it happen. so here I am starting my 21 day challenge form today. I'm going to post my update daily, I don't want to give up. So starting from today, my 21st day would be august 6th. Let's see how far I stick to my own words.

    My updates
    Yesterday was fasting so did exercise only in the morning.
    Today am having a very very bad toothache............so no ex in the morning............will do something in the evening.

    And since my one challenge is complete.............I am adding 2 more
    Challenge 1 - Daily breathing exercise and increasing time of exercise
    Challenge 2 - Meal planning and sticking to it

    And another milestone by all of us - With this post we have completed 100 posts!!!!:clap
