    Creating this thread to push myself a little more and be accountable. Preparing for vacation.

    Aim:
    - 2 weeks dieting
    - mostly soups and liquids
    - once a day egg sandwich
    - 4 hr gap between food intake
    - 30 min brisk walk or zumba

    Current stats:
    - 152 lbs

    07/10 update:

    1. Had only soups + 1 egg sandwich
    2. Struggled with maintaining 4 hr gap btw food intake. Could do 3 hr gaps.
    3. 15 mins Zumba + 1 hr walk
    4. Weight: 150.4 lbs today morning

    Food: milk + oats, soups
    4 hr gap became a little easier to maintain
    20 mins zumba+15 mins yoga + 1 hr walk
    Weight: 150lbs today morning

    Maintained 4 hr gaps for food intake
    15 mins yoga

    07/13:
    - 2 cups milk and oats, soup once, 2 slices pizza
    - 4hr gaps maintained
    - no exercise
    Weight: 150.2lbs sunday morning

    07/14:
    - 1 time soup, sandwich with potato curry, milk and oats, popcorn/coke
    - 3 hr gap maintained
    - 1 1/2 hr walk

    Weight: 150.2 lbs today morning as well.

    - egg sandwich, 2 times sambhar with little rice
    - 4 hr gaps maintained
    - 1 hr walk, 30 mins yoga
    Weight: 148.4 lbs today morning
