Dear swapna You take sankalpam to do this nomu on radha sapthami or shivaratri day , on that day itself after reading gauri ashtothram on starting day(this is not mandatory and then reading kadha you can give a muthaiduvu any type of fruit 16 of them . Like that you have to give 16 different fruits within 1 year. The fruit should not have black seed in them.(this as per my granny). Whenever you give a lady you have to read kadha and give. Then on Last of them i.e during giving 16th fruit time do udhyapana- call lady home give food /tabulam with saree /blouse + fruit then they give small vendi fruit also in the tambulam. Generally at the end they give gummadi pandu. Note: All fruits should be fresh/ not spoilt/no black marks on them. You have to give good fruit to them. When you give 16 fruits of same type keep additional 2 infront of god and after giving tambulam you can have 2 of those with your family.
