150 Minutes of Exercise Per Week

    Mon: 30 minutes yoga + 10 minutes meditation
    Tue:
    Wed: 30 minutes yoga + 10 minutes meditation
    Thu: 10 minutes meditation
    Fri: 10 minutes meditation

    Not a good week so far. Struggled with neck and upper back pain all week. Will see if I can make up over the weekend.

    My targets in Fitbit Blaze Monday to Friday

    1) Active - 60 minutes - includes walking and work out - Push ups - Weight lifting - Sit-ups
    2) 10,000 steps a day
    3) Every hour minimum steps - 250 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    4) Floors climbed - 10 - Minimum of 10 feet elevation
    5) Targeted distance in miles - 5
    6) Minimum calories to burn - 3,000 or more
    7) Water - minimum 75 Ounces
    8) Food - Calories 1,500 - Mostly from Protein - No direct sugar - limited carbs

    I am around the target every working day. I tried to achieve one-half of goal over weekends.

    Weight lost in 3 months - 15 pounds
