    I roughly calculated my calorie intake this week. It ranged between 800-900Cal :worried:
    Lost 5 lb since I weighed myself last time. Bad way to lose weight. :neutral:

    :fearscream: You better join us on the calorie counting thread. 900 cals is beyond the pale. How do you even manage to stay upright all day that too with an active little one?!

    Mon: had health check, was told to avoid exercise
    Tue: 50 mins Zumba
    Wed: 60 mins Yoga
    Thu: 45 mins strength Training
    Fri: 60 min Stretches
    Sat:
    Sun: 30 mins walk

    Mon: 30 mins Zumba
    Tue: 45 mins strength Training
    Wed:

    I will start counting calories in Sept. This month I am trying to incorporate more veggies in my diet.
