150 Minutes of Exercise Per Week

    Quick question girls. I promise I won't derail this thread more. I get my exercise in atleast 6 of the 7 days..that part is ok ..its the tracking food thats getting harder . Need some accountability. Is there a MFP sort of t thread in IL ?

    There a lot of threads for logging food but I've never seen one dedicated exclusively to calorie counting. I was thinking of one, specifically to track macros to manage my PCOS symptoms. Why not make one? I'll join you.

    Mon: 30 minutes yoga + 10 minutes meditation
    Tue: 42 minutes run (3 miles) + 10 minutes meditation
    Wed: 30 minutes yoga + 10 minutes meditation
    Thu: 20 minutes yoga + 3 minutes meditation
    Fri: 25 minutes yoga + 15 minutes meditation
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total: 147 minutes workout + 48 minutes meditation
