    May 10: 45 minutes walk (~2.5 miles)
    May 13: 45 minutes walk (~2.5 miles)
    May 14: 30 minutes run (2.6 miles)
    May 15: 30 minutes run (2.6 miles)

    205 minutes.

    17.5.16 Tuesday : 60 mins yoga

    18.5.16 Wednesday : 60 mins Zumba Toning

    19.5.16 Thursday : 15 min brisk walk

    20.5.16 Friday : 60 mins Pilates
